Made out of forged alumium alloy, thanks to the outstanding engineering process and the best CAD instruments and FEM analysis, the pair of wheels is more than 4kg lighter than the standard wheels (-1,7kg the front and – 2,4kg the rear), while having a superior resistance. The lower gyroscopic effect and the lighter non-suspended masses give the motorbike an outstanding agility.

APRILIA ROAD exhaust kit Slip-On E3 and Racing manifold. The kit consists of a hexagonal cross section carbon fibre silencer with extractable DB-killer, a titanium manifold with catalytic converter, and a racing manifold, also in titanium but with no catalytic converter. In the configuration with DB-killer installed and manifold with catalytic converter, the exhaust is approved to Euro3 chap. 5 and 9 (fumes and noise) and may be used on public roads with no need to change carburation settings. It fits to the standard manifold and is secured to the passenger footrest by a suitable bracket. An aluminium bracket is available separately to secure silencer to bike with the passenger footpegs removed. When replacing the manifold with the unit without the catalyst provided in the kit and remove the DB-killer, the exhaust loses approval, and actually becomes a racing snap. In this case the installation of specific mapping using the procedure already in use for the complete exhaust system is necessary. The part composing the kit can be also purchased separately.
